Founding
How it started
Starting from the founders’ living rooms and our temporary offices, we have shaped FalconForce into a respected security consulting player in just a few years. Besides our (TIBER) red teaming and purple teaming offering, we developed and integrated our advanced detection content and training services into our portfolio. The FalconForce team has steadily grown to 16 skilled members.

Who we are
FalconForce specializes in a unique combination of (TIBER) red and purple teaming, combined with detection engineering. Our company consist of senior technical professionals, keeping up with the fast innovation that exists in the offensive and defensive cyber security space. By mixing both the offensive and defensive side, we create better skilled professionals across the board. Each offensive professional can learn a lot from the defensive knowledge to improve their red teaming engagements. Defensive professionals craft better detections and automations when the have intimate knowledge of how attackers work.
We take innovation very seriously and assign 15+% of each professional’s time to research and development activities to keep ahead of the market. Moreover, we love to share our knowledge via our trainings, conference presentations or our FalconFriday blog. FalconForce clients are a mix of large, global organizations and SMEs in delivering our services and have built a stable business from the ground up in a relatively short time.
Our company culture is very informal and transparent. Knowledge sharing – in client projects, at the coffee machine, over a beer or at R&D result presentations – is of key importance to us. As is delivering everything with the highest quality and integrity possible. We don’t wait until next week to make something better, if we can fix it today. We rather over-engineer than deliver something ordinary.
